These terms govern your use of the PatelCabHire website and booking services. By booking a ride with us, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & confirmation
- A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via SMS, email or WhatsApp with driver and vehicle details.
- Fares quoted at booking are fixed for the stated route and vehicle category, unless the pickup/drop points are changed.
- Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from actual flight landing; local and outstation rides include 10–15 minutes as noted at booking.
Cancellations & changes
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup for local and airport rides, and 24 hours before for outstation and round-trip bookings.
- Cancellations within the free window are subject to a cancellation fee, communicated at the time of cancellation.
- Date, time or route changes are subject to driver availability and may affect the quoted fare.
Payments
- Payment can be made via cash, card, or UPI at the end of the trip, or prepaid online for select services.
- Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, additional stops beyond what was booked, or route detours requested by the passenger.
Passenger conduct & liability
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings; PatelCabHire is not liable for items left in the vehicle.
- We reserve the right to refuse or end a trip in cases of unsafe, abusive or unlawful passenger conduct.
- All vehicles carry valid insurance and permits as required by law.
Corporate accounts
Corporate billing terms, credit limits and invoicing cycles are governed by a separate agreement signed at account setup.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
